With a focus on the 12 technical skills for a soccer player- Ball control, dribbling, running with the ball, shielding, turning, passing and receiving, and shooting. This applies to all ages but is adapted to older players with more advanced skills such as 1v1 attacking and defending and crossing and finishing. (T-shirt included)
